menyampah pulak tengok part I, part II dan akan ada berapa puluh part lagi... so, tuan punya blog dah tukar title post... hehehe... btw, hari ahadnya we all bertolak ke Xi'an, Shanxi Province... sampai petang and dengan urusan check in hotel segala... memang memenatkan plus dok tunggu kat airport Beijing for hours since flight to Xi'an delayed...so, malam tu hanya lepak kat hotel jer... FYI, there are many airlines in China... even masa dari KLIA pun I fly with Air China...so far semuanya memang akan delayed... and poor services... part nih..memang MAS and Air Asia la menang... so, esoknya we all ke Yangling Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park.. FYI, Yangling nih macam satu daerah which all the people work for agriculture... from farmer to officer and professor in uni (A&F University-Agricultural & Food University)... semua orang di daerah Yangling nih keja bidang pertanian...
on the way ke Yangling.... ladang tanaman seluas mata memandang...
gigantic pumpkin... current weight 33kg... and still growing 1kg everyday...
lepas dari park, we visited A&F university and had dialogue with a few professors from food department and agriculture department on how the R&D and monitoring programmes as to help farmers to produce better crops and better food ultimately... besides that, we also visited their test center/ labs as well as a few factory producing food in that area....
memang sangat penat and petangnya kami balik hotel... tapi, malam tu we all still ajak organiser pusing-pusing Xi'an City sebab esok petang dah nak fly ke Shanghai pulak... actually I frust gak sebab tak sempat nak ke Terracotta Warriors in Xi'an - which was listed as one of the wonders of the world... However, malamnya kami dibawa ke Big Wild Goose Pagoda and over there they had a huge place for musical fountain in Xi'an... little info :
Giant Wild Goose Pagoda or Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Chinese: 大雁塔; pinyin: Dàyàn Tǎ), is a Buddhist pagoda located in southern Xi'an, Shaanxi province, China. It was built in 652 during the Tang Dynasty and originally had five stories, although the structure was rebuilt in 704 during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian and its exterior brick facade was renovated during the Ming Dynasty. One of the pagoda's many functions was to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and traveler Xuanzang.
memang ramai sangat manusia kat tempat nih.... speaker ada surround that area... and music plays in line with the water and lights.... then, next morning we all went to one factory visit in Xi'an dan petangnya fly ke Shanghai... pic below shows the cute security guard we met at the fountain with their pink uniform... hehe...
pic googled
Dubbed the "largest musical fountain square in Asia", this beautiful symphony of water, music and light is set against a dramatic backdrop of the thousand year old Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Probably the best free attraction in Xian!
