For certain people, this question seems to have an easy answer. but for me, to get an answer for it, is the most difficult things to do... that's because physically aireen looks healthy and active just like any other kids.. but actually she's not... (she had been suffering for nephrotic syndrome [kidney problem] since feb) kekadang memang buat I rasa serba salah.. nak jawab sihat... penipu pulak rasanya...nak jawab tak sihat... there must be an explaination for it... so, to all my friends, thanks for all the care and love you've shown... I really appreciate that.. but here let me explain in more details on aireen's progress :
her urine protein :
4+ on 2/2/2009
3+ on 3/2 till 14/2/2009
2+ on 15/2/2009
1+ on 16/2 till 26/2/2009
-ve on 27/2/2009 till today (alhamdulillah!!!)
her treatment : Steroid Sensitive Nephrotic Syndrome (prednisolone)
+ daily urine protein monitoring at home
27.5 mg daily (5 1/2 biji) - 2/2 till 2/3/2009
20 mg daily (4 biji) 3/3 till 19/3/2009
20 mg EOD [selang sehari] 20/3/2009 till 16/4/2009
15 mg EOD (3 biji) 18/4 till now
her treatment plan :
15 mg EOD (3 biji) for a month
10 mg EOD (2 biji) for a month
5 mg EOD (1 biji) for a month
2.5 mg EOD (1/2 biji) for a month
Then, continue urine protien monitoring at home
TCA Paed Clinic every month (sekarang jumpa paed every 2 weeks!!)
TCA start if urine protein 2+ more than 2 days (maksudnya kalau urine protein aireen 2+ untuk 3 hari berturut-turut- all this treatment rejime will start from 27.5 mg daily again !!)

i_sofia: 1st time detect, cause mata aireen bengkak... I dah jumpa a few paed but they said tu cuma allergic... lastly I insist for blood diagnose (I ada baca in the net, baby with swollen eye : possible to have kidney prob) Eventually, my worst nightmare come true!!
Emy, kalo next time orang tanya anak sihat ke tak u jawab je anak sihat.. sbb my parents penah ckp apa yg kuar dari mulut ibu tu mcm satu doa, so kita bgtau je diorang anak kita sihat.. if ada yg nak explaination br bgtau 'cite panjang' tu.. bese orang tanya kita soalan tu sbb diorang dah xde idea nak sembang dgn kita.. i pun slalu jawab anak i sihat wpun time tu Zafri kurang sihat sbb mls nak cite panjang lebar.. kita doa anak kita sihat je la kan.. ibu mana nak tgk anaknya sakit.. betul tak??
