after few months busy survey new housing area around klang valley up to nilai. lastly, my hubby and I decided to buy the house in sri kembangan area- some where near equine park namely as ~ Paragon 202~ since they built only 202 unit of houses. sejak kenaikan harga minyak dunia, harga rumah pun makin naik. masa my hubby and I booked the house... harga rumah was 233k and few weeks after that dah naik 265k. actually kitaorang tak plan to buy the house yet tapi memandangkan harga yang makin meningkat.. we have no choice. another thing, rumah yang kitaorang beli ni pun dah consider mahal. Antara few choices that we have - taman sutera,kajang - taman impian putra, bangi - paragon 202 - sri kembangan and few more. We chose that area since it's already well developed + a big project coming up.. and of coz nearest to putrajaya and UPM ( less petrol untuk ke opis + no tol ). This is the actual show house. Quite a small house but yet I think comfortable enough for a small family.hehehe...

layout + finishing agak cantik cuma kecik la sikit umah tu...
18 x 65 je.. boleh la, I don't plan to have a big family..hehehe
ok what...besar2 pun buat per...buat penat jer nak mengemas...huh..penat tau..sue terpaksa lah carik besar sikit...family besar..diorang selalu plk dtg rumah...ooo...curik gambor org ekkk...hehehe
